Located in a well-known gated complex in the charming village of Siolim, North Goa, Pavitra is a stylish 1 BHK apartment on the fourth floor, easily accessible by elevator. With a peaceful vibe and thoughtfully designed interiors, it's the perfect base for couples, families, or small groups looking to explore Goa while enjoying the comforts of home.
LIVING AREA
The living area is warm and inviting, offering comfortable seating for up to six people and a cozy dining corner. Whether you're relaxing after a day out or enjoying a movie night, the space is air-conditioned and includes a Smart TV connected to the internet for your entertainment needs.
BEDROOM
The apartment features a bright and well-ventilated bedroom. It includes a queen-size bed and an en-suite washroom. It is equipped with split air-conditioners and open up to private balconies, allowing guests to enjoy natural light and fresh air throughout the day.
KITCHEN & SERVICE AREA
Adjoining the living area is a fully equipped kitchen, designed to cater to everything from simple breakfasts to full meals. It comes with essential appliances and a stove, making it perfect for guests who enjoy cooking during their stay. The kitchen also opens up to a service area, which includes an automatic washing machine and drying space for added convenience.
AMENITIES
As part of the gated complex, guests have access to a shared swimming pool and a well-maintained gym, making it easy to unwind or stay active during your holiday.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
To maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, housekeeping is mandatory and conducted every day. Guests are requested to cooperate in allowing our team to complete their daily routine.
- Timings: Daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Inclusions: Cleaning of rooms & bathrooms, and making up the beds
- Towels: Can be changed once a day on request
- Bed Linen: Changed once every 3 days
Please note: Utensil washing is not included in daily housekeeping. If you would like manual dishwashing, it can be arranged for an additional charge.
SAFETY & SECURITY
Your safety and peace of mind are a priority:
- The studio apartment is located in a secure gated complex with 24/7 security surveillance
- The apartment is entirely private for guest use only
Please Note:
While we take every reasonable measure to ensure a secure environment, guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. The management will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to valuables during your stay.
We recommend keeping valuables locked in your luggage or using personal security measures as needed.
If you have any special requests or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the caretaker or contact our guest services team.
KITCHEN
The apartment includes a spacious, well-equipped kitchen for those who enjoy cooking while on vacation. It features essential appliances including refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, and utensils.
MEALS
As the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, guests may use it to prepare their own meals. Alternatively, guests may opt for our team’s assistance in preparing breakfast, lunch and/or dinner.
This service includes:
- Procuring raw ingredients on a cost-to-cost basis
- Meal preparation by our caretaker
- Utensil washing
Please note:
- Raw ingredient costs are not included and will be billed separately.
Additional service charges apply for meal preparation and will be communicated by our team upon request.
HOUSE RULES
GENERAL RULES
- Switch off lights, fans, and ACs when not in use
- No loud music after 8:00 PM
- Report any damages immediately – Charges may apply for repairs or replacements
NO SMOKING
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment
- One may smoke in the balcony
COMPLEX POOL RULES
- Pool is accessible from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Shower before entering the pool
- Appropriate swimwear is required
- Food and drinks are not allowed in and around the pool
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the pool
- No lifeguard on duty – Swim and use the pool at your own risk
Guests are kindly requested to adhere strictly to the pool rules set by the complex management. Non-compliance may result in penalties imposed by the complex and, in serious cases, eviction from the apartment.
Please note that Mangrove Stays will not be held responsible for any such actions taken by the complex authorities. No refunds will be provided in the event of penalties or eviction due to rule violations.
CLEANLINESS & HYGIENE
- Guests are kindly requested to cooperate with the on-ground staff for daily housekeeping during the allotted hours
- Kitchen waste must be segregated into wet and dry bins
- Other waste should be disposed of in dustbins placed in designated areas
- Sanitary waste must be disposed of in sanitary pouches provided in each washroom
EXPECTATIONS
- This is an apartment/home, not a hotel – please treat it with care and respect as you would your own home
- While we aim to provide a seamless stay, occasional power cuts or water fluctuations may occur due to local infrastructure and more so, during inclement weather
- Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary service, but speed and connectivity can vary depending on weather, usage and other external factors
- Our team is available to assist you, but response times may vary slightly outside standard hours
- Please note that wildlife or insects may be present around due to the natural surroundings – we recommend keeping doors closed when not in use
- Housekeeping and staff are there to support your stay, but guests are expected to maintain general cleanliness and decorum
CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY
We understand that travel plans can shift. Here’s our policy to help guide any changes or cancellations:
Standard Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if cancelled 30 days or more before check-in
- 75% refund if cancelled 15–29 days before check-in
- 50% refund if cancelled 7–14 days before check-in
- No refund if cancelled within 7 days of check-in
Peak Season & Blackout Date Policy
Please note that standard cancellation policies do not apply during peak holiday periods or blackout dates (such as major festivals, year-end holidays, and long weekends).
- All bookings during these periods are non-refundable and subject to specific terms communicated at the time of reservation.
- We recommend confirming the applicable cancellation terms before booking during these dates.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are calculated based on the total booking tariff, not on partial payments or advance amounts
- All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking
- It would take 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
Date Modification
- One-time date change is allowed, subject to availability.
- Any difference in tariff due to seasonal pricing will be chargeable.
- Date changes must be requested at least 15 days prior to the original check-in date.
- Changes requested within 14 days of check-in will be treated as cancellations and the refund policy above shall be followed
Early Departures
- Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided for early check-outs once the stay has begun, as the dates are blocked exclusively for you
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit of INR 10,000/- is required for all bookings. The deposit amount would be Rs.10,000/- if both the villas are booked
- This deposit is collected prior to or at the time of check-in
- It is held against any damages, breakages, or violation of house rules during the stay
- The full amount is refunded within 3–5 business days after check-out, provided the property is returned in good condition
- Payment for the security deposit is accepted via UPI or Net Banking only
- In case of damages exceeding the settled security deposit, the additional amount will be recovered separately from the guest
LAW & ORDER COMPLIANCE
- All guests must submit a valid government-issued photo ID with address at least 3 days prior to check-in
- PAN cards are not accepted as valid ID proof
- Foreign nationals must provide a copy of their passport & valid visa
- Possession, use, or distribution of narcotics or illegal substances is strictly prohibited
- Weapons, fireworks, or any unlawful activity are not permitted on the premises
- Any behavior that disturbs the peace, safety, or comfort of others may lead to immediate eviction without refund
- Guests are expected to comply with all local laws and cooperate fully with authorities when required
- The management reserves the right to deny entry or evict any guest found violating these rules
INDEMNITY & LIABILITY
- Guests stay at the property entirely at their own risk
- The hosts, property owners, and complex management shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, theft, accident, or damage to personal property or persons during the stay
- Guests are responsible for the actions and behavior of their family members, friends, and visitors
- Any violation of rules, negligence, or unlawful activity may result in financial liability or eviction
- By confirming the booking, guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hosts, property owners, and complex management from any claims arising from their stay
Power, Internet & Water Supply Disclaimer
At Pavitra, we are committed to offering you a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, we kindly inform our guests of the following:
- Power Supply: While backup systems are in place, occasional power cuts may occur due to external factors related to the local grid.
- Internet Connectivity: Wi-Fi is provided for guest use; however, internet speed and stability may vary depending on service provider performance and weather conditions.
- Water Supply: Water pressure or availability may occasionally fluctuate due to government supply issues or infrastructure constraints.
These are infrequent but possible occurrences in the region and are beyond the control of the property management. Guests are kindly requested to be understanding and patient should such situations arise.

Pavitra is located in Siolim, North Goa—a peaceful area known for quiet surroundings and yet easily accessible to the places of convenience and interest due to its proximity to Candolim. The apartment is situated in a secure neighborhood and is accessible by smooth, well-laid roads, making travel comfortable and convenient. The property is easily reachable from Goa’s main transport hubs, including airports, railway stations, and bus stations. Whether you're arriving by flight, train, or bus, reaching Pavitra is hassle-free. Private cabs and self-drive vehicles are readily available in the area. Getting around Goa is easy, whether you prefer a driver or want to explore on your own. If informed in advance, we can help arrange taxi services for airport or railway station pick-up and drop-off, as well as for local sightseeing. For self-drive vehicle rentals, guests can choose from several vendors located nearby and pick a vehicle that suits their needs.
